• Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain and enhance the organization's security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and encryption tools.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and maintain an incident response plan to address security incidents and breaches promptly.
• Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to educate them about security risks and best practices.
• Promote a culture of security within the organization.
• Manage user access to systems and data, ensuring that access permissions are appropriate and regularly reviewed.
• Implement strong authentication mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) where necessary.
• Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security threats.
• Maintain security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
• Maintain an inventory of information assets, security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
• Document security configurations and standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
