Responsible in growing and expanding retail channel partners in the assigned territory thru product conversion, new opened doors, and initiation of marketing programs such as loyalty and conversion program.
Drive company's product awareness thru constant product presentations to current & potential channel partners and ambassadors.
Advance company products in the market by penetrating local projects, highlighting the advantages and benefits of using the products and partnering with the organization.
Support accounting department by ensuring timely collection & deposit of account receivables.
Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Analyze competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Exposure in selling hardware & construction materials is an ADVANTAGE.
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to do fieldwork in areas of SORSOGON.
