Our client offers nationwide Junk removal services and reverse logistics services to everyone, including your neighbor who needs an old mattress removed from his home, the business down the street who is renovating their offices, up to a global retailer offering assembly of new items and removal of the old.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to every prospect and customer
- Adhere to processes defined by client including and not limited to the using scripts, maintain an accurate record of leads and sales in CRM
- Master client’s internal software to manage order information and monitor driver activity
- Facilitate the customer through the sales process and collaborate with Support Operations to ensure all orders are scheduled and assigned
- Field incoming calls, chats, and texts from prospects and customers
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and texts
