- You’re highly experienced in customer service, particularly in collections, and have a proven track record of winning back customers.
- You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, making it easy for you to explain complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
- You’re a problem solver and critical thinker, with a knack for connecting with people and building rapport even in challenging situations.
- You handle dissatisfied customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism, staying calm and respectful while working to find solutions.
- You’re a fast learner who’s organized and can manage your time efficiently, all while maintaining a positive attitude and high energy.

Your Mission Will Be To:
- Recover failed payments by reaching out to customers through calls, emails, and SMS to update their card information.
- Connect with churned customers to understand why they canceled and gather valuable feedback to improve our services.
- Reach out to active users who have set their accounts to cancel at the end of the billing period to explore options and retain their business.
- Keep track of your success, document your interactions, and collaborate with the team to strategize and refine approaches for optimal results.
- Experience working with various helpdesk tools and customer support platforms is a plus.
- Solid computer skills with a focus on maintaining accurate payment and customer information.
- A quiet, organized workspace and a reliable internet connection to handle calls and emails professionally.
