Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PT Customer Service Agent for our junk haul removal client. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience and proficiency with Front and Aircall platforms. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our client's customers, managing order changes and reschedules, and handling various forms of communication.
Requirements
Over 2 years of customer service experience.
Proficiency with Front and Aircall platforms.
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptive abilities.
Quick learner with the ability to handle diverse customer needs.
Responsibilities
Process order changes, including adding or removing items, managing credit card transactions, and requesting refunds.
Reschedule orders based on customer requests or scheduling conflicts.
Provide accurate estimated arrival times for loaders.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and SMS with professionalism and efficiency.
Nice to have
Proficiency with Front and Aircall platforms.
Working conditions
