Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of our pump machinery products. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the pump or industrial machinery sector. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pump machinery or industrial machinery sector.
Strong understanding of pump machinery products and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achievement of targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
