Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to manage yard operations. The ideal candidate will operate various heavy machinery to facilitate the loading, unloading, and movement of materials within the yard, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, yard trucks, and front-end loaders to move materials and equipment.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance on all equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean yard, ensuring that materials are stored safely.
- Collaborate with yard staff to manage inventory and optimize space usage.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Keep accurate logs of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, particularly in a yard or warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to heavy machinery.
- Valid driver’s license; certification in heavy equipment operation preferred.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Overtime
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
