Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Mandarin and Tagalog) Job Description: We are currently seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin and Tagalog to join our team. As a Bilingual CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Mandarin and Tagalog-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and Tagalog will be crucial in providing support and building strong relationships with our diverse customer base. Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide friendly and professional customer support to Mandarin and Tagalog-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, and general information in Mandarin, Tagalog, and English.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and providing order status updates in Mandarin, Tagalog, and English.
Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with our products or services.
Language Translation: Translate documents, emails, and other communication materials between Mandarin, Tagalog, and English as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers and maximize sales.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer issues, trends, and suggestions for improvement to management. Generate reports as needed.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin, Tagalog, and English (spoken and written).
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
College degree preferred.
