Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the position is responsible for the overall Sales Performance of the assigned Region. Its main function is to ensure the attainment of the sales target as defined by the Company thru business development and improving and expanding market source. Job Description: Sales and Marketing
Plan and implement strategies to achieve the regional sales performance objective
Analyze Regional Sales trends to address the potential problem in attaining the target and/or to open new market opportunities in the assigned territory.
Meets regularly with the Regional Executives (Regional Manager and the District Managers) to forecast and discuss the monthly sales performance of the branches.
Conducts regular business review to know and to resolve the challenges in their respective branches in terms of Sales Performance
Organize meetings with Top Agents and Dealers and discuss opportunities to maximize their productivity.
Recommend Agents/Dealers' training, incentive schemes, and recognition activities to boost efficiency.
Maintains a comprehensive database and monthly sales performance of all accredited sales agents and dealers
Plans and Implements promotional activities to stimulate Company Branding and Publicity
Identify the uncharted market and implement an action plan to explore its potential.
Administrative
Evaluate the performance of salespeople (Agents, and Dealers) determine the training to develop the skill set necessary for the execution of their respective duties.
Submits a weekly, monthly, and annual status of Sales Performance of the region with respective analysis and recommendation.
Controls the budget allocation of the region for marketing activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Banking, and Finance or equivalent
Preferably 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing with at least 5 years of Managerial experience.
Experience in Agent Recruitment and/or exposure to Credit and Collection is an advantage
