The Sales Specialist drives PSACC’s revenue and increases the sales of the company by acquiring new clients and offering our products and services to them, while maintaining the existing partners by providing top notch customer service and satisfaction. CORE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Core Functions: Duties & Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients and maintain existing partners to generate revenue.
Generate revenue by acquiring new partners and maintaining existing clients.
Achieve sales targets by acquiring and offering our products and services to new clients and maintaining the patronage of our existing partners.
Work closely with the Regional or Branch Key Account Sales Head related to sales forecasts and potential sales and ensure that these targets are met.
Understand the products and services that PSACC offers.
Identify prospective and potential clients through cold calls, referrals, telemarketing, attending industry events, and product presentations.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through client visits and networking to understand their needs and concerns.
Ensure that the sales directory is updated daily.
Accept cargo bookings from new and existing clients, and coordinate with the Sales Documentation Staff for the preparation of Bill of Lading based on the client’s booking requirements.
Receive and handle inquiries from new and existing clients.
Manage and solve complaints from clients in a professional, and efficient manner.
Prepare, maintain, and update accurate sales records and sales reports.
Collaborate and build good relationships with stakeholders and departments to ensure their support in providing seamless customer service.
Other sales-related tasks that may be given from time to time.
