Willing to be assigned in different branch in Visayas and Mindanao
Ensure that berths are available on time to prevent the vessel from anchoring.
Maintain vessel port efficiency while ensuring that all arrastre personnel and equipment are present upon vessel arrival.
Ensure that the vessel departs on schedule.
Oversee the Transport Operation of the branch.
Oversee the container van processing such as van out and stripping, outbound and inbound processes, checking, posting, and other container van-related activities.
Manage the correct classification of containers and proper yard maintenance
Monitor the trucks, trailers, and equipment used for container vans such as forklifts, reach stackers, side lifters, and others, and coordinate with Technical Services LBE for any maintenance requests.
Branch custodian of the fuel, lubes, spare parts, office supplies, etc.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on terminal, yard, and transport operations, including container movements, dwell time, and timeliness and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide leadership and supervision to terminal, transport, and container yard personnel who are directly reporting to him/her.
Manage and allocate the resources effectively including personnel, equipment, and facilities to meet the operational goals.
Establish effective communication channels within the team.
Promote a culture of safety.
Implement performance management through assessment, coaching, and feedback.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or other related courses.
Minimum of 3 years experience in vessel operations, port management, or logistics coordination.
Familiarity with local port operations, regulations, and customs procedures in the Philippines is advantageous
