Ensure that all clients (walk-in and on-line) are properly attended to in a prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient manner:
a. Prompt- all queries are immediately addressed or directed to the staff assigned to a particular product or client; or to the staff who is more knowledgeable of the matter at hand. b. Professional -Ensure that you carry yourself in the most appropriate manner befitting the respect of whoever you are dealing with. Respect begets respect – handle clients in the most respectful and helpful manner. Wear appropriate attire. c. Friendly – Give the client that warm and happy feeling that they will associate with our brand. Friendly without being too forward. d. Efficient – Ensure that there are no miscommunications. Always repeat the details for their confirmation. Present to the client the best options available, and check if they need something else, besides what they are ordering (UPSELL).
Ensure that the JOB ORDER details are properly filled-up. Confirm details with customers.
Ensure that all pertinent details are properly conveyed to the ARTIST in-charge.
