Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet departmental and company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to ensure product offerings align with customer needs.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance evaluations to provide feedback and support to the sales team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
