Accounting Staff

Job Description:
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Types accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Monitored status of accounts receivable and payable to facilitate prompt processing.
  • Calculate, prepare, issue bills, invoices and account statements to clients.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management or any business related course
  • Proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheet
  • Should be comfortable using bookkeeping software
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Ability to communicate, establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleague
  • Fast-learner and can multitask
  • With experienced is an advantage
