Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Sales Administration activities, including office operations, collections, sales, and interments.
• Prepare and review monthly reports such as collection reports, sales reports, aging of accounts, collection efficiency, interment reports, and sales administration reports.
• Perform daily posting of ORs and contracts in PSCloud, and check MPOS postings in Clibase.
• Handle and resolve issues related to sales administration.
• Manage delinquent large accounts.
• Review and approve supplier checks.
• Act as a co-signatory for branch-issued checks.
• Issue invoices when the cashier is unavailable.
• Review, evaluate, and appraise the performance of subordinates and make recommendations

Job Qualifications:

• Must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or similar position in the finance, banking, or pre-need industry.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Possess the necessary technical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Willing to be assigned in Kidapawan City.

Work Location: Kidapawan City, Cotabato
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
