Assistant Sales Director - Zamboanga
Job Description:
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Deliver sales targets as set by the company.
- Set sales targets for agents according to company guidelines.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitoring of team performance.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Dealing with major customer accounts.
- Collects customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with the productions of other competitors.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
- Must have excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.
- Good communication and excellent people skills.
- Background in real estate, direct selling, or pre-need institutions is preferred.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel from time to time when necessary.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
