Credit and Collection Assistant

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With 2-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Must be attentive to details and highly analytical
  • Computer literate.
  • Minimum of at least 6 months’ work experience in a customer-oriented industry
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Encodes ORs of collectors
  • Prepares computation of re-structuring of accounts, upgrading, and downgrading
  • Documents and processes term adjustments and computations of full payment
  • Documents, posts, and files Debit / Credit Memos
  • Generates / Prepares remittances of Insurance Premium of clients’ lots
  • Receives collectors’ turn in reports
  • Prepares, monitors, and sends out notices to delinquent accounts.
  • Prepares list of canceled accounts, full payment accounts, re-structured accounts monthly
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
