Make sure that operations are running smoothly and all concerns are addressed properly. C. Specific Duties & Responsibilities SAFETY & SECURITY 1. Ensure that the resort is in compliance with the local law and regulations. 2. See to it that safety and security are as part of primary concern, making sure that the resort is health hazard free. 3. Responds properly in any resort emergency or safety situation. OPERATIONS GOAL 4. Ensure that the overall operational policy and procedure are being followed. 5. Assist in formulating policy but more importantly find appropriate ways and means of making policy work. OPERATIONS ASSIST • 6. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner 7. Make rounds inspection for employees assigned task prior to acknowledgement of daily accomplishment including of the agency staff. 8. Provide operation direction to his/her department to achieved highest quality of the resort. 9. Should conduct daily inspection for highest quality standard 10. Monitor and inspect implementation of project FRONT DESK FUNCTION 11. Shall be responsible in monitoring the front desk operations standards. 12. Fully knowledgeable about the property, its policies and procedure and house rules. 13. Assist front desk in facilitation check-in and check-out. 14. Handles VVIP guest arrival and request. 15. Handles and respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. 16. Check and validate end day cashiering of front desk associate. HOUSEKEEPING MONITORING 17. Shall be in charge of ordering and receiving of supplies and conduct daily amenity count. • 18. In charge of monitoring of cleaning material and equipment usage, shall maintain logbook for issuance. 19. Ensure that all supplies, from housekeeping materials to furniture are in goof condition and in stock ENGINEERING MONITORING 20. Provide service request and plan initiatives required for operation to improve quality standard of public areas and rooms. 21. See to it that projects are done on time OTHERS 22. Provide plan and direction for overall guest experience and making sure that it shall be implemented accordingly. 23. See to it that the team is properly coordinated and completed task in a timely manner. 24. Monito payroll, customer billing and expense accounts. 25. Monitor employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service. 26. Oversee personnel, including kitchen staff and office employees 27. Collect cash remittance and deposit to assigned bank account. 28. Performs tasks, duties and covered shifts of subordinates in their absence. 29.
