Position Overview:
The Research and Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new products and services , enhance our existing offerings , and conducting market research to support strategic initiatives. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and align with our Bank's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:

• Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data to inform product development and strategic decisions.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and refine new products and services.
• Ensure products are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Innovation Initiatives:

• Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to support product development.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and foster creative thinking.

Performance Monitoring:

• Develop metrics to assess the performance of new products and initiatives.
• Monitor results and gather feedback to continuously improve offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in research and development, product management, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.

Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
