Regional Training Officer (Region 1&2)
REGIONAL TRAINING OFFICER
The position has the responsibility on training, equipping and developing employee's attitude skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
The role will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our employees.
The RTO will help in the planning and the implementation of training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our Motortrade employees.
Responsibilities:
1) A graduate/degree in BS Psychology, HRD, Mass Communication or any related course.
2) At least one 1-2 years Training experience an advantage.
3) With excellent communication skills.
4) Proficiency both with Microsoft Office or Open Office.
5) Knowledge with e-learning/game based-learning platforms & tools.
6) Excellent planning & time management skills.
7) Ability to convey complex information in a way that employees can understand.
Knowledge:
Knowledge in teaching methods and presentation skills.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
Able to deal with different levels of people.
Has a high level of flexibility and maturity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

- Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
- Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits.
- Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms.
