Regional SOM Assistant Manager

Position: Regional SOM Assistant Manager
Industry: Electronics Company
Location: Ilo-Ilo
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 45,000
Schedule: Monday- Friday | 8:30 - 5:30 PM
Work Set up: On-site

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
•With at least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Sales.
•Experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Sales, with the ability to analyze and interpret market data.
•With experience in training in sales management, data analysis tools (such as Excel, CRM software, or BI tools), and inventory management systems
•Amenable to attend Face to face
•Can work as soon as possible is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
•Collect and analyze sell-out data specific to refrigerator and aircon products to assess store-level performance.
•Develop actionable insights and propose initiatives aimed at enhancing sell-out rates across all stores.
•Prepare and present weekly performance reports to top management and relevant stakeholders, emphasizing key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
•Oversee the implementation of sell-out programs at the store level, ensuring alignment with strategic goals for refrigerator and aircon products.
•Evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of these programs by analyzing store performance metrics and sales outcomes.
