Regional Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish periodic targets in the region
- Guide and monitor the sales representative to achieve the sales targets in the specific area.
- To introduce product in the market.
- Strategize and ensure that periodic sales target is met.
- Territory, market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Personally contacts and secures new business accounts and customers.
- “Get the sale” using various sales methods (field saturation, cold calling, presentations etc.)
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Preferably, has an experience working in a tire, battery, or lubricant industry.
- At least 4 year(s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Track record of achieving sales quota in the field of automotive, industrial, or consumer industries.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
