Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Schedule:
- Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives in coordination with the National Sales Manager
- Monitors the daily, weekly and the monthly actual delivery vs. sales orders and volume budget of his group. Monitors the “order fill rate” from the demand order
- Assists all his / her direct reports in closing sales on key / political accounts and resolving issues
- Develops new potential Key accounts and other regular accounts
- Assesses staff performance and identifies the type of training needs, ensures sales development through training
- Provides innovation on developmental initiatives to improve the sales volume of the region on year on year basis
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time by the National Sales Manager
- At least 3 years experience in the sales of FMCG as sales supervisor / Regional Sales Manager.
- With people Management and Negotiation skills
- Must be willing to travel within South Luzon/Bicol Area.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Regional Sales Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
