Regional Sales Administrative Associate
The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of reports and presentations for the Regional Sales Manager. She/he will
ensure administrative support and professional communication between the field force and other departments of the
Company.

Regional Sales Administrative Associate
The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of reports and presentations for the Regional Sales Manager. She/he will
ensure administrative support and professional communication between the field force and other departments of the
Company.
As the Regional Sales Administrative Associate, you will:
- Monitor and manage office supplies and branch utility bills
- Prepare for various sales and company meetings and events
- Assist in travel bookings for various sales meetings
- Coordination of employee benefits and concerns with People & Culture
- Perform activities in support of the Distributor Manager
- Perform activities in support of various department such as the Field Force Development Group. People & Culture, and Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 2 years relevant experience in office administration and management
- Proficiency in MS Office - Power Point, advance Excel, Word
- Good oral and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of sales & distribution, trade marketing and market research would be an
advantage
