Ninja Restock is an operational and account management team in Ninjavan Philippines that provide stock and inventory distribution logistics that provide co-load or pay per space model and a streamline cold chain logistics offering comprehensive solutions for maintaining the integrity and quality of temperature-sensitive goods.
ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Restock (B2B) Regional Manager, your core focus revolves around motivation and customer orientation. Your primary duty is to oversee the daily logistics operations of your region between businesses, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods. They manage client relationships, ensuring service level agreements are met, and act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues. The role involves supervising a team, optimizing processes, and maintaining inventory control and warehouse operations. They coordinate shipments, manage logistics costs, and work with vendors to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, they analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Their efforts are crucial for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Logistics/Fleet/Warehouse Supervisor or any similar position.
- Proven experience in working cross-functionally - proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboration.
Experience in managing a small team.
Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and other related software programs.
Prior experience with a start-up and a logistics company is preferred but not required.
