We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process, assisting in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for building strong teams.

- Source candidates using various methods.
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Create accurate job postings.
- Dive into complex issues, aiming for ensure postings reach relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and manage interviews.
- Administer tests, assess suitability, verify qualifications, assist in onboarding, maintain candidate relationships, manage records, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Endorsing qualified candidates to clients
- Facilitate job offers
- Handles pre-on boarding of hired applicants
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficient in leveraging diverse sourcing channels, including social media and networking, to identify and engage top candidates.
- Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing practical solutions for seamless recruitment
- Must be amenable to work in Makati
- Can start immediately
Pay: From Php9,000.00 per month
