Recruitment Associate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to the company’s success. He/she must possess strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of recruitment processes, and a passion for building high-performing team.
Key Roles:
-Post job openings, screen applicants, create a short list, and conduct interviews.
-Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
-Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database for future vacancies.
-Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process.
-Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies
Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.

• Proven experience as a recruitment associate is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable of MS Office Applications and sourcing platforms

• Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
