Quality Management Systems Manager (Food Industry)
NOTE: Deployment in Brooke's Point, Palawan 1. Design and deploy quality policies, procedures, and standards 2. Ensure the QMS aligns with industry regulations and organizational goals. 3. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality. 4. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with QMS requirements. 5. Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement. 6. Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. 7. Offer guidance and support to teams to ensure adherence to quality protocols. 8. Ensure the organization complies with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001). 9. Prepare for and manage external audits and inspections. 10. Collect and analyze customer feedback to gauge satisfaction. 11. Lead initiatives to address customer complaints and implement corrective actions. 12. Oversee the creation, management, and revision of quality-related documents and records. 13. Ensure proper documentation of processes, procedures, and changes. 14. Identify potential risks to quality and develop mitigation strategies. 15. Manage quality-related risks and implement corrective and preventive actions. 16. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. 17. Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance overall performance. 18. Work with other departments to integrate quality management practices into their processes. 19. Communicate quality goals and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
