- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates may apply but with experience and skills needed for designing, installing, and managing systems
- With superior interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain relationships at multiple levels of the organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Office Applications
- Organized and can multi-task
- Can work independently on multiple projects
- Willing to travel frequently
- Review and analyze processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Develop tools and control measures to address critical concerns
- Install and roll-out developed system
- Work with key operations personnel to integrate the new system
- Conduct situational audits and regular assessments to check the sustainability of the system
- Draw firm commitments from personnel to adapt to the system
- Conduct follow up commitments made and monitor results
