Assist with the purchasing and procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders for a range of materials, equipment and services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, monitor stock levels, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Process purchase requisitions and orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure they meet quality and quantity requirements
Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry and generating reports for the Purchasing Department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree business or any related field
With at least two (2) years of working experience in a purchasing or procurement role
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Willing to start as soon as possible
