Purchasing Staff (Jacsons' Enterprises orporation)

  • Research suppliers, service providers and contractors to determine the best products and services with the most competitive prices
  • Establish standard and policies for suppliers, service providers and contractors
  • Assist in the development of procurement contract management framework, documentation and databasing
  • Assist in the development of pricing standards for goods and services
  • Establish exemplary vendor relationship for mutual business sustainability
  • Maintain, analyze and report data from software systems, databases and documents
  • Analyze problems, strategize solutions, solve procurement issues and actively engage in systems improvement
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must be at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Management or Engineering Graduate
  • Advantage with previous work experience in procurement and project logistics
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have software skills on Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Enterprise Management Planning
  • Must have multi-tasking skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, keen to details and proactive
