Architectural Apprentice

  • Participate in the creative process and creation of 3D simulations and other potential project developments that require creative design skills
  • Prepare construction drawings for the proper implementation of the products and projects
  • Participate in the ideation of creative marketing strategies for products and services
  • Engage in site visits and participate in overseeing construction works, installation and styling of turnkey projects
  • Participate in the sourcing of furniture, fixtures and materials for the implementation process of the designs
  • Engage in the preparation of project material quantities and cost estimates
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must be at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), 3D Rendering and Microsoft Office
  • Must have creative and design skills, multi-tasking skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, keen to details and proactive
