Position Summary:
As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for translating conceptual design ideas into detailed technical drawings and plans. Working closely with engineers, and project managers, you will play a key role in the design and development of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in drafting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (Solid Works software).
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare drawings for architectural systems.
• Ensure compliance with Australian codes, standards, and regulations.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and markups from project teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and related project files.
• Assist in creating project presentations and visualizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in drafting or a relevant industry
• Has experience with drafting / designing with Australian projects is a plus
• Proficiency in Solid Works is a must
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
