Job Title: Property Manager Location: Sitari, Lacson Street, Bacolod City Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of Sitari, a 23-storey residential and commercial building featuring 250 residential units and commercial spaces on the ground and second floors, along with parking facilities spanning the third to fifth floors. Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient management of the building’s operations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents and tenants.
Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee all property maintenance activities, ensuring that the building is well-maintained and compliant with local regulations.
Unit and Tenant Management: Foster positive relationships with unit owners and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Rule Enforcement: Ensure that all residents adhere to building rules and regulations at all times, fostering a respectful and harmonious community. Q
Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the financial health of the property.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and tenants, enhancing their living and working experience.
Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to team members and subcontractors, ensuring all responsibilities are executed efficiently and to high standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management or a related field.
Basic technical knowledge related to building systems and maintenance (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of local property regulations and maintenance standards.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
