CONTRACT
Property Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Promote and sell Aboitiz Land properties
- Advertise Aboitiz Land properties through digital marketing, booth manning and other effective strategies
- Provide excellent customer services to clients by assisting them during site tours, helping them process and complete their required requirements and documents
- Source leads and constantly update their status.
- Establish, build, and grow connections/networks
- At least 2nd year college level (with 72 units)
- With at least one year of solid sales background (preferably in real estate, but not required)
- PRC and DHSUD Licensed
- Knowledge and experience in digital selling is preferred
- Earn as much as Php 500,000.00 for every unit sold
- Monthly, Quarterly, Mid-year and Year-end Incentives
- Continuous Development though Learning and Development Programs
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Flextime
- Commission pay
