Property Specialist
As a Property Specialist, you will play a key role in the success of Mont Property Group by managing and marketing our diverse real estate portfolio. This includes condominiums and residential lots in Cebu, City. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, both online and offline.
Responsibilities:
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote Mont Property Group
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences
- Advise clients on real estate market conditions, pricing, and investment potential
- Conduct property tours and presentations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
