Job Overview
Oversee and ensure a smooth and efficient production operations – that the plant is achieving its targets and maintaining quality standards. Leads and supervises personnel in the plant: Machine Operators, Utilities Personnel, as well as all other workers assigned inside the plant compound during shift.
Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering: Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent
• With at least 5-8 years of progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility.
• Adept in handling people.
• Above average communication skills
• Above-average management skills - planning, leading, organizing, controlling
• Able to work in a shifting schedule
• Must be computer literate
• Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Rotational shift
• Weekends
