Prepares production planning, comprising raw materials to be used and manpower utilization with low manpower cost.
Maintains standard efficiency by lowering manpower cost and cost of raw materials through lesser rejects.
Gives instructions on how to accomplish the assigned task of subordinates in order to complete the job correctly and on time.
Evaluates the performance of subordinates and give proper recommendation on improvement of their skills.
Fully implement GMP and 6S per shift and at all times.
Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
