Job Overview: Responsible for the day-to-day organization of the office's administrative and organizational tasks. Job Specifications (Minimum Requirements):
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce, Business/Office Administration, Financial Management, or any related business course
Able to maintain high work ethics, and a good general office appearance;
Above average communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be service minded and knows how to maintain confidentiality
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, presentation, excel, and organization skills.
Above average time management and multi-tasking ability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Secretarial functions, general affairs, assistance to the top management.
Coordinate with service providers, business partners, government agencies, personal contacts, potential customers and other relations.
Ensure timely compliance of all regulatory permits .
Interpret regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and disclosures as required.
Participate in regulatory examinations and audits as required.
Organize meetings, business trips, hotel and flight bookings, catering, lunches and daily car schedules arrangements;
Arrangement of special events and occasions, in coordination with other managers.
