Job Overview:
To oversee and ensure effective and efficient warehousing and logistics operations in the plant.
Job Specifications (Minimum Requirements):

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any business course
• With more than 12 years of experience in warehousing management, logistics, and inventory
• Flexible and can multi-task
• Above-average management skills - planning, leading, organizing, controlling
• Above-average communication, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate (MS Office Applications)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the daily activities of the Warehousing department.
• Determines product handling and storage requirements to develop warehouse operations systems.
• Develops, implements, evaluates, and enforces policies and procedures.
• Establishes, follows, and enforces safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements.
• Ensure implementation of Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
• Ensuring the availability of all warehousing parts, finished goods, raw materials, tools, and supplies needed by other departments.
• Ensuring the proper and accurate inventory of all Warehouse items and Supplies.
• Performs other tasks and related duties from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
