Job Description:
1. Coordinate with the vendor for the proposal/quotation.
2. Prepares quotation/proposal to clients.
3. Prepares and issue purchase order to vendor.
4. Source out new IT vendor.
5. Prepare delivery receipt to client.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a college graduate or any business-related course.
2. Knowledgeable in MS Office Application.
3. Knowledgeable in procurement process especially in IT industry.
4. Knowledgeable in IT products and services.
5. Knowledgeable in price negotiation.
6. Familiarity with IT vendors/distributors is a plus.
7. Has good communication skills.
8. Willingness to render overtime.
