PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT -supports the procurement team by handling administrative tasks,maintaining records, and assisting in the coordination of procurement activities. The role ensures the smooth operation of the procurement process by providing accurate and timely support,enabling the procurement team to focus on strategic activities
Key responsibilities:
Documentations
Purchase of Assigned Categories (i.e. R&D, OPM)
Performance Work Planning and Reports
Assist the purchaser of Commissary/ R&D
Purchase Office Supplies for Nha Office, Accounting Department, Commissary Admin and QA.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a procurement assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices is preferred.
