Payroll & CompBen Specialist
Payroll and Benefits:
1. Perform payroll related functions including checking of DTR, calculation of wages, salary deductions, encoding of statutory contributions (SSS, Pagibig & Philhealth), & distribution of payslips.
2. Performs computation of crews salaries, service fees, contractor's bond and supplemental allowances.
3. Perform processing & with the payment transmittal of government contribution & loan reports. Ensure payroll submission is up to date.
4. Answers employee queries concerning compensation and benefits.
5. Facilitates/ assists employees for applications for loan, maternity, sickness, company health benefits, etc.
6. Coordinates and communicates information with regards to compensation and benefits to employees and other HR groups.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month

Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of any Accounting/Finance-related courses
- Thorough attention to details
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
- With experience in handling manual payroll processes and mandatory benefits.
- With the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- With a strong personality
