Pastry Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Pastry Preparation: Prepare and bake various pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and bread.
  • Recipe Execution: Follow recipes and precise measurements for ingredients.
  • Decoration & Presentation: Decorate and finish pastries in an appealing and artistic manner.
  • Dough and Batter Preparation: Mix dough and batters, monitor proofing and baking times.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste and appearance for all baked goods.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and supplies.
  • Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including tools and equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other pastry staff to complete orders efficiently.
  • Product Development: Assist in creating new recipes and seasonal pastries.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and kitchen equipment.
  • Creativity in decorating and presenting pastries.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php515.00 per day
