Kitchen Staff
Responsibilities:
Pay: From Php515.00 per day
Benefits:
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and preparing sauces.
- Cooking: Follow recipes and instructions provided by the head chef or kitchen supervisor for cooking dishes.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized, including cleaning countertops, floors, and dishes.
- Stock Management: Monitor kitchen inventory, check for expired items, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assisting Chefs: Provide support to chefs during service, including plating dishes and delivering prepared food.
- Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and ensure recycling guidelines are followed.
- Equipment Handling: Operate kitchen equipment safely, such as ovens, fryers, and mixers.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina for long hours of standing.
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
Pay: From Php515.00 per day
