Motorpool Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Benefits:
- Develops and implements company preventive periodic maintenance system as well as preventive maintenance procedures for company vehicles and equipment.
- Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the department.
- Coordinate with all departments regarding all equipment concerns
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent focusing on Automotive and preventive maintenance system
- Professional License Holder is an advantage.
- Must have at least 5 years of working experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment.
- Must be able to administer diagnosis of problems in vehicles and equipment to identify necessary repairs, overhauls, troubleshooting, and modifications.
- Must be able to oversee around 300 equipment.
- Must be independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
- Having a past work experience related with the posting is an advantage.
