We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation through telemarketing, market research, and event coordination. You'll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute high-impact events and create compelling content across digital channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation

• Conduct telemarketing outreach to generate a minimum of 5 Marketing Qualified Leads per week.
• Enhance lead generation efforts through thorough market research and identification of high-potential customer segments.

2. Collaboration

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and execute impactful events that attract target customers and yield high-quality leads.
• Support the sales team by providing well-qualified leads, sharing actionable market insights, and assisting in the sales process.

3. Event Coordination

• Organize and manage events, webinars, and speaking engagements to demonstrate the company's expertise and strengthen client relationships.

4. Content Creation

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media, and online content.
• Utilize Canva or similar tools to create visually appealing marketing materials (knowledge of Canva is a plus).

5. Database Management

• Ensure the accuracy and currency of customer data, maintaining data integrity and facilitating effective lead management.

6. Customer Relationship Management

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective customers by delivering relevant information, addressing inquiries, and following up on leads to drive engagement.

7. Monitoring & Analysis

• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.

8. Market Research

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously refine and enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business or other related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, content creation, with a proven track record of success through leadership initiatives (REQUIRED)
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or content marketing are a PLUS.
• Excellent marketing and administrative skills: Competent in MS Office & pays attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and people skills
• Creative and Innovative
• Proficient in the Bisaya dialect (REQUIRED)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
