The Distributor Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the Negros Oriental. This role focuses on managing modern trade accounts, enhancing distributor relationships, and driving sales growth in the area. The specialist will collaborate with distributors to optimize performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the Negros Oriental.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective networking and relationship building.
• Account Management:
• Manage and nurture relationships with modern trade accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular visits to accounts to assess performance and address any issues.
• Distributor Management:
• Collaborate with distributors to enhance their capabilities and ensure they meet sales targets.
• Monitor distributor performance, providing support and guidance to maximize sales potential.
• Market Analysis:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market dynamics and potential areas for growth.
• Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
• Training and Development:
• Provide training and support to distributors and their sales teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Organize promotional events and activities to drive brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a distributor or modern trade environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of the Negros Oriental's market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge in Computer.
• Willingness to travel within the Negros Oriental as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
• Familiarity with distributor management and modern trade practices.
• Knowledge of local cultural and economic factors that may impact sales.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
