We are seeking a proactive and experienced Distributor Specialist to manage and optimize relationships with Secondary Key Accounts in the Panay region. This role is key in ensuring effective distribution, enhancing sales performance, and delivering exceptional service to our secondary key accounts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling distributors and managing key accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Secondary Key Accounts in the Panay region.
Act as the primary contact for these accounts, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Distributor Coordination:
Collaborate closely with distributors to ensure efficient and effective distribution of products to Secondary Key Accounts.
Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and service standards.
Resolve any issues related to distribution and address concerns to maintain smooth operations.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Implement strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration within Secondary Key Accounts.
Work with the sales team to develop and execute promotions and initiatives targeted at these accounts.
Client Support and Service:
Provide outstanding support to Secondary Key Accounts, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Address and resolve any product or service issues promptly to maintain a positive relationship with the accounts.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the Panay region.
Use insights from market data to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for account growth.
Reporting and Administration:
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, distribution activities, and sales metrics.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and distributor performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in handling distributors, with a background in distribution, sales, or account management, preferably with secondary key accounts.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and distributors effectively.
