Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or any other related courses.
Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience in Corporate Marketing, Branding, and Communications.
Experience in planning and implementing marketing strategy to match the revenue targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with revenue targets. Ensure efficient implementation of marketing strategies across call center, sales, and marketing teams.
Actively manage lead generation efforts, including identifying new opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and working to convert these leads into sales-ready opportunities.
Engage directly with both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Build strong relationships that help retain clients and foster long-term partnerships.
Execute Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing initiatives, ensuring programs align with the company’s revenue goals and market protocols. Assist in the day-to-day management of promotional campaigns.
Focus on marketing tactics that support revenue generation, including customer acquisition and retention programs. Leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value.
Contribute to content creation for marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, landing pages, and promotional assets, ensuring they align with brand messaging and revenue objectives.
Track the performance of marketing campaigns, monitor key metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, etc.), and provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns to improve results.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this data to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Execute prospecting activities, including cold outreach, attending networking events, and working with sales teams to identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and that leads are effectively followed up and nurtured.
Provide regular reports on campaign results, lead generation activities, and conversion rates. Help identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement to inform future campaigns.
Manage administrative tasks related to campaign execution, such as maintaining marketing schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Contribute to meeting monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets by actively participating in executing campaigns, lead generation, and client outreach.
Take on other marketing-related tasks as required by management, including research, project management, and general support for ongoing marketing initiatives.
